Sleeping
Most people like to sleep after meals. But, we should not sleep. If we sleep after meals, we will nauseate and we can get disadvantages for the digestive system.
Shower
Another one that we should not do after a meal is taking a bath. If we really need to take a bath, we should wait about 30 minutes at least. When we take a shower immediately, the stomach will be difficult to digest.
Smoking
Smoking a cigarette after a meal equals smoking ten cigarettes in a regular time.In this situation, smoking can cause cancers such as colon cancer and rectal cancer more.
Walking
Walking is an essential need for our health and we think that walking after a meal is good , but it is not good.The researchers say that people should walk by separating about thirty minutes after a meal.Walking after a meal immediately is not good for health.
Drinking coffee or tea
Although drinking coffee is good for your health, it is not true every time. We should drink coffee or tea about one hour after eating.
